Automation Consultants Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “AC”) is conducting a promotion called the Scratch Card Promotion for a chance to receive a digital reward coupon (referred to as the “Promotion”) which is only available to visitors to the Atlassian Team 2022 event, in Las Vegas Nevada running from 5th April 2022 who obtain scratch cards from the Automation Consultants stand. By participating in the Promotion you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
1. Entry Criteria
a) This Promotion is open globally to those aged 18 years old and over who are registered attendees of the Atlassian Team 2022 event who supply their details for further communication as entry for the Prize Redraw competition (“Participant” or “you“).
b) The Promotion is not open to agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion.
2. Participation
a) The Promotion will start on 05/04/2022 and end on 30/04/2022. Each promotional period within the Promotion shall start at 00:01 on each Thursday and shall continue until 23:59 on the following Wednesday inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
b) To enter the Promotion:
i) You must obtain a scratch card direct from the Automation Consultants Stand (number 61) during the Promotional Period and verbally confirm your willingness to be entered into the prize redraw. You must identify yourself by consenting to scanning the of the digital lead scanner and receiving a unique number that will be assigned to you by the AC team.

ii) You must opt to enter via the link sent to you after the event via email, completing a form with your contact details.
c) Multiple entries to the Promotion are not permitted.
d) For on-stand prizes, you will find out whether you have won or lost shortly after either scratching the card which has been given to you directly by AC staff. For the redraw competition prize you will find out shortly after the 30th April, once the redraw prize draw has been completed.
e) Winners of the digital reward coupon (the “Reward”) will be chosen automatically through a software based on parameters set by AC which produces a verifiably random result and contacted via email.
f) If you win, the Reward will be emailed to you shortly after the announcement.
g) AC reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an alternative reward of the same or higher value in the event that the original Reward offered is not available.
h) Scratch Cards, their prizes and the redraw prize are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
3. Rewards

iii) Nintendo Switch OLED
iiii) Chilly’s Bottles
