Depending upon the business problem we are asked to solve. We would probably start making improvements on a few exemplar activities so we can illustrate the benefits of our recommendations and to minimise the disruption to teams delivery activities.
We will create an improvement dashboard showing the baseline delivery metrics prior to using the accelerator. Then benchmark the same metrics every month to identify the improvement targets and illustrate the progress made.
