We take a flexible approach. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is Anthropic's open standard for connecting Claude to enterprise systems. Here at AC, we use it specifically to embed Claude across a client's full tech stack even where native integrations don't exist, rather than being limited to whatever a vendor has pre-built.

At a high-level, each team would have distinct use cases: For software delivery teams, we’d tend to embed Claude Code across the SDL (for example, to handle tests, first-pass reviews, refactoring). For service management teams, we’d usually apply Claude agents to support with triage, KB drafting and incident summarisation. For knowledge workers in business teams, we’d explore using Claude to enhance report/deck/summary automation.

Documented third-party research benchmarks include the use of agentic AI resulting in roughly 26% more completed tasks for software delivery teams, about 15% more issues resolved per hour in service management, and roughly 80% faster completion on business tasks that previously averaged 90 minutes.
