Automation Consultants Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “AC”) is conducting a promotion called the Scratch Card Promotion (the “Promotion”) for a chance to receive digital reward coupons. This Promotion is available exclusively to registered attendees of the Atlassian Team ’26 Europe event in Amsterdam, October 6-8, 2026, who obtain scratch cards from the Automation Consultants stand.
By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Participation in full.
1. Entry Criteria
1.1. This Promotion is open globally to those aged 18 years old and over who are registered attendees of the Atlassian Team ’26 Europe event in Amsterdam (October 6-8, 2026) and who obtain a scratch card from the Automation Consultants stand (the “Participant” or “you”).
1.2. The Promotion is not open to employees, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion.
1.3. Entry is limited to one scratch card per person. Multiple entries are not permitted.
2. Participation
To enter the competition:
2.1. You must obtain a scratch card direct from the Automation Consultants Stand during the Promotional Period and verbally confirm your willingness to be entered into the prize redraw. You must identify yourself by consenting to scanning the of the digital lead scanner and receiving a unique number that will be assigned to you by the AC team.

2.2. You must opt to enter via the link sent to you after the event via email, completing a form with your contact details.
2.3. Multiple entries to the Promotion are not permitted.
2.4. For on-stand prizes, you will find out whether you have won or lost shortly after either scratching the card which has been given to you directly by AC staff.
2.5. Winners of the digital reward coupon (the “Reward”) will be chosen automatically through a software based on parameters set by AC which produces a verifiably random result and contacted via email.
2.6. If you win, the Reward will be emailed to you shortly after the announcement.
2.7. AC reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an alternative reward of the same or higher value in the event that the original Reward offered is not available.
2.8. Scratch Cards, their prizes and the redraw prize are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

4. Publicity & Privacy
4.1. By entering, participants consent to their name and likeness being used for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation.
4.2. Any personal data collected will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, including contacting participants regarding survey completion and winner notification.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
5.1. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other circumstances beyond its control that may affect participation.
5.2. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. By participating, entrants agree to release the Organiser from any liability related to the Giveaway or the Prize.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
