Terms & Conditions - Team '26 EU
AI Workshop

These terms apply to the complimentary AI Workshop (“the Workshop”) offered by Automation Consultants Ltd (“AC”) to eligible organisations that attended Atlassian Team ’26 Europe.

By submitting a request for the Workshop, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Workshop is open only to organisations that attended Atlassian Team ’26 Europe (6–8 October 2026, Amsterdam).

1.2 Requests must be submitted by 31 October 2026, 23:59 GMT. Requests received after this date will not be considered.

1.3 Only one request per organisation will be considered.

1.4 The Workshop is intended for organisations with relevant AI or automation challenges that align with AC’s consultancy expertise. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Limited availability and selection

2.1 A limited number of Workshops are available, and requests will be considered subject to availability.

2.2 Submitting a request does not guarantee a Workshop. All requests are subject to review and acceptance by AC. We reserve the right to decline requests based on suitability, relevance to our services, organisational requirements, available resources or other reasonable business considerations. All acceptance decisions are at AC’s discretion, and we’ll notify applicants of the outcome.

3. Workshop content

3.1 The Workshop focuses on AI and automation challenges within your organisation. Topics may include:

  • Identifying areas where automation or AI could improve processes and outcomes.

  • Assessing whether automation or agentic AI is the most appropriate approach for a particular use case.

  • Exploring how to scale AI solutions, including considerations around token usage.

  • Establishing appropriate governance, controls and practical guardrails.

3.2 The exact agenda will be tailored to your organisation’s objectives and agreed with you before the session.

3.3 The Workshop is an advisory session and does not include implementation, configuration, development or build work. Any follow-on services would be scoped and agreed separately.

4. Format and location

4.1 The Workshop is remote-first and will normally take place online via video call.

4.2 An in-person Workshop at your office may be possible in certain circumstances. This will depend on your requirements, location and consultant availability, and will be at AC’s discretion.

5. Scheduling

5.1 There are no fixed Workshop dates. If your request is accepted, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and arrange a mutually convenient time. A Workshop is only confirmed once the date and scope have been agreed by AC.

5.2 Workshop dates are subject to consultant availability, and AC cannot guarantee a specific date or timeframe.

5.3 If you need to reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. We’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes
