Software life cycle specialist Automation Consultants is working with one of the UK’s largest multi-channel distribution groups to deliver automated performance testing into the organisation.
After working with the company in 2012 to swap its previous performance testing software for the IBM equivalent, Automation Consultants identified deficiencies in the client’s existing testing software which were increasing the time taken to deploy business-boosting applications to a live environment.
Automation Consultants director Francis Miers comments: “This is another situation where our extensive software life cycle knowledge became apparent to the client as our team completed individual testing projects. We are experts at decreasing the time spent on software development and deployment, through automation.
“We started our work with the quality assurance team and business analysts, before working alongside the project management team and ultimately the development teams themselves – this is usual for us – business proficiency is as important as software life cycle ability when working in industry.”
